By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, visitors automatically accept the Festival Rules and General Terms and Conditions.
OPENING HOURS AND TICKET VALIDITY
The festival opens its gates at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 16 July 2025, and closes at 11:00 AM on Sunday, 20 July 2025. By this time, all guests must leave the festival grounds. A daily ticket is valid until 11:00 AM the following day. Guests arriving after midnight can still purchase a ticket for the previous day. Tickets for the current day are available from 6:00 AM onwards.
Children under the age of 10 (born after 30 June 2015) may enter free of charge. Children under the age of 14 may only enter if accompanied by an adult.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry to the festival requires a valid, original photo ID, primarily a national identity card; alternatively, a driver's license or passport can be used if an ID card is unavailable. Those without an official ID (ID card, passport, driver's license) consent to their data and image being recorded upon receiving their wristband, which will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. The festival's data protection policy is available on the festival's website (www.campusfesztival.hu).
For persons living with chronic illness or disabilities, entry to the event is free of charge, provided they hold a valid card issued by the Hungarian State Treasury certifying their condition. It is important to note that in such cases, the beneficiary may only attend the festival if accompanied by a companion. The beneficiary will receive the same type of ticket as the one purchased by their companion. Please be advised that for safety and security reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to provide a designated space within the barrier zone for wheelchair users during the concerts. However, experience shows that the festivalgoers are considerate of wheelchair users, and the security staff will do everything possible to ensure that they can enjoy the concert without interruption.
WRISTBANDS
Tickets purchased in advance must be exchanged for wristbands at the venue. Each wristband is personalized and non-transferable, containing a unique code. All attendees must wear a wristband while inside the festival grounds. Wristbands will be continuously checked by staff within the festival area. Damaged, tampered, or wristbands with a diameter larger than wrist size are invalid. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Wristbands are protected against counterfeiting, including with UV ink. Damage or smearing of the UV ink also renders the wristband invalid. Festival-goers with invalid, counterfeit, or damaged wristbands must immediately leave the event. Visitors under 14 years old will receive special wristbands, which must include the name and contact information of their accompanying adult.
PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
Visitors may bring non-commercial quantities of food, up to 6 unopened 1.5-liter bottles of mineral water per person, and their own empty water bottles or flasks. Alcoholic beverages in any quantity are strictly prohibited. Prohibited items include any objects endangering the safety or public order, such as fireworks, rockets, any pyrotechnic devices, weapons, glass objects, sharp umbrellas, hammers, and alcoholic beverages. Possession and consumption of narcotics, classified as illegal drugs in Hungary and at the festival, are against the law. It is prohibited to conduct commercial or promotional activities within the festival grounds without written permission from the organizers. This includes the distribution of flyers, publications, or products. Live animals or pets are not allowed into the event without special permission from the organizers, with the exception of assistance dogs, guide dogs, and police dogs as defined by law.
PROGRAMS AND PROGRAM CHANGES
Organizers reserve the right to change the program. While every effort is made to adhere to the advertised schedule, unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations, changes in performers, or rescheduling. In such cases, ticket refunds are not provided as tickets are valid for the entire festival, not individual performances. The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
CAPACITY
Venue capacities are limited. In accordance with safety regulations, organizers, in coordination with security services, may restrict access to specific areas or program elements once maximum capacity is reached.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The festival aims to provide a cultured and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Visitors must adhere to general norms of behavior and refrain from any actions that may endanger the lives, physical integrity, or personal rights of others. Visitors are responsible for protecting natural resources and must avoid littering. Lighting fires and using camping gas stoves are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds.
AUDIO AND VISUAL RECORDING
Audio and visual recordings will be made during the festival. Participants appearing in these recordings may only be named with their consent but may not make claims against the organizers, recording producers, or their legitimate users. COMMERCIAL AND CATERING UNITS
In accordance with legal regulations, it is strictly prohibited to serve alcoholic beverages or energy drinks to persons under the age of eighteen or to individuals under the influence of alcohol at the commercial and catering units operating within the festival areas. The festival operates with a reusable cup system. The price of a festival cup is HUF 500. The cup is non- refundable, but it can be exchanged for a new cup or a token when purchasing a drink. Tokens of the CupRevolution system brought from other events are also accepted at the festival.
A cashless payment system operates at all commercial units within the festival. In accordance with the applicable legal regulations regarding the right to use cash, we ensure the following: Guests who prefer to use cash can load their chosen amount onto a UNIPASS card, an anonymous cash substitute, at any of the top-up points located within the festival area. The UNIPASS card can be used for purchases at all commercial vendors on site. The card requires a deposit of 500 HUF. Any remaining balance on the top-up card, as well as the deposit fee, can be redeemed at the top-up stations during the festival or at designated locations after the event. Further information is available in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the UNIPASS payment system at www.campusfesztival.hu.

An information point operates on-site during opening hours, providing assistance with lost and found items. Further inquiries can be directed to the Organizer at info@campusfesztival.hu.

Due to limited parking spaces near the venue, attendees are encouraged to use public transport or bicycles. Access to the festival area by car, bicycle, or scooter requires prior permission from organizers. A large, free bicycle storage facility is available near the entrance. Enhanced police controls are expected in Nagyerdő and surrounding streets during the Campus Festival. It is prohibited to drive cars, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol according to applicable laws.
