Can minors enter Campus Festival?

Minors under the age of 14 can only attend Campus Festival if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. A ticket is required from the age of 10.

Is camping available?

Yes, camping is available. To use the campsite, you need to purchase a Camping Ticket/Pass. The Camping Ticket/Pass is valid only with a daily ticket or festival pass! The Camping Ticket/Pass is for individuals, not for tents. The campsite offers shower facilities, restrooms, and phone charging stations. You must have a tent to camp. Open fires, gas cylinders, and all fire and explosion devices are prohibited on the campsite.

What does the VIP ticket include?

A VIP ticket includes fast-track entry, access to the VIP zone, VIP bar, separate VIP restrooms, and VIP viewing platforms. VIP pass holders can also attend the opening reception on Wednesday.

I live nearby; can I get a neighbor ticket?

If your permanent address is on the list of "neighbor" streets, you are eligible for a discounted entry ticket. To claim this discount, show a valid ID and address card at entry. Only those whose permanent address is listed on the neighbor street list are entilted to the discount. Information on ticket sales will be available soon!

My wristband is damaged, what can I do?

Can I buy my ticket with a SZÉP card?

Yes, you can purchase tickets in advance at the UD Shop (Egyetem tér 1., Learning Center). On-site, after the ticket office opens, only OTP SZÉP cards are accepted. Purchases can be made from any sub-account.

Can I transfer my previously purchased ticket to someone else?

Yes, we check the barcode upon entry. One person can purchase multiple tickets/passes. For student passes, we verify the valid student ID of the University of Debrecen. For neighbor tickets, the address card must be presented. Debrecen City Card tickets can only be used by the cardholder and cannot be transferred to someone without a City Card.

What documents are required for entry?

To enter the festival, everyone must go through an ID Check system. This means every attendee must have their ID linked to their wristband. Ensure you have a valid ID with you. Additionally, for a University of Debrecen student pass, a valid student ID with a current semester sticker is required. For a University of Debrecen staff pass, a valid photo UniPass card and/or employer certificate is needed. For tickets purchased with a Debrecen City Card, both the City Card and ID must be shown. Neighbor ticket holders must present both an ID and address card. Only those with a permanent address on the specified neighbor streets are eligible for neighbor tickets.

What payment methods are accepted at the Campus Festival?

The Campus Festival is completely cashless. You can pay with any bank card or with a UniPass card. UniPass cards can be obtained and topped up on-site. SZÉP card payments are not accepted within the festival grounds!

Where can I park?

Parking is not available on the Campus Festival grounds or nearby areas. If possible, come by bike or use public transport. There is a bike rack at the entrance for your convenience. Bicycles, electric scooters, and mopeds are not allowed inside the festival area.

Can't attend the festival?
