Children under 14 can only participate in the Campus Festival when accompanied by a parent or an adult.

Yes camping is available. To use the camping area you need to purchase a Camping Ticket/Camping Pass. The Camping Ticket/Pass is only valid in conjunction with a valid daily ticket or pass and grants access to the festival camping area. The Camping Ticket/Pass is personal and not specific to a tent spot. The camping area provides facilities for showering, using toilets and charging phones. Camping is only permitted with tents. Lighting fires, using gas canisters and any use of flammable or explosive devices are strictly prohibited within the camping area.

The VIP ticket includes expedited entry, access to the VIP zone, VIP bar, separate VIP restrooms and use of the VIP grandstand. VIP pass holders also have the opportunity to attend the opening reception on Wednesday.

If your permanent address is included in the list of "neighbor" streets you are entitled to purchase a discounted ticket. To prove your eligibility for the discount you must present a valid ID and address card at the entrance. Only those "neighbors" whose permanent address is listed in the neighboring streets are entitled to the discounted entry. Information about ticket sales will be available soon!

If your wristband is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, such as tearing or breaking, it can be replaced. If the part of the wristband which containing the tag is broken and you can present the broken part; our colleagues can exchange the wristband at the ticket office. In other cases wristband replacement is not possible. Please take care of your wristband.

In advance you can use any type of SZÉP card to purchase tickets at the Lovarda (Kassai út 26, Debrecen) and at the Nagyerdei Víztorony. On-site after the ticket office opens only OTP SZÉP cards are accepted. Purchasing is possible from any pocket of the OTP SZÉP card!

Yes during entry we check the barcode. One person can purchase multiple tickets or passes. For student passes we verify the valid student ID card of the University of Debrecen. For "neighbor" tickets presenting the address card is essential. However, only those who have the Debrecen City Card can use the ticket purchased with it. Such tickets cannot be transferred to someone who does not have the City Card.

During entry everyone who wishes to enter the festival grounds must go through the ID Check system. This means that we link each participant's ID card to their wristband. Therefore, make sure to have your valid ID card with you.

In addition to obtain a student pass for University of Debrecen students a valid student ID card with the semester sticker is required.

To obtain an employee pass for University of Debrecen staff a valid photo UniPass card and/or an employer certificate must be presented.

For tickets purchased with the Debrecen City Card, the City Card must be presented alongside the ID card.

For "neighbor" tickets the ID card and address card must be presented. Only those whose permanent address falls within one of the "neighbor" streets defined by the Campus Festival and listed on the address card are eligible for Neighbor tickets.

The Campus Festival is completely cashless. You can pay with any bank card or UniPass card. We accept UniPass cards which can be obtained at the festival area and can be topped up with money on-site for payment.

However, SZÉP card payments are not possible within the festival area!

There is no parking available on or around the Campus Festival grounds. If possible we recommend coming by bicycle or using public transportation. There is a bicycle parking area available at the entrance for those who come by bike. Access to the festival area is prohibited for bicycles, electric scooters and motorcycles.
